This machine will mark on each part of the hog carcass primal cut : ham saddle, loin, breast and shoulder , while on the slaughterline. It uses ink-jet technology already widely spread in the meat industry. It is equipped with 4 printing heads “Dot On Demand” or “continuous ink jet” The great flexibility of this machine allows for a number of different applications : killing number, EC sanitary stamp, percentage of lean meat, customer code, carcass weight..etc… All parts are therefore continuously identifiable throughout the cutting process. It is fully automatic and does not require any operator. It cuts down significantly on manpower. The production capacity for 1 machine is 600 carcasses/hour maximum.
![]() Fitting conditions and application type: This machine does not depend on the carcass-conveying system allowing it to be installed with any kind of conveyor whoever the manufacturer is. It is an adaptable machine that can perform every possible kind of carcass splitting.
