Possible applications
It is fully automatic and does not require any operator. It cuts down significantly on manpower. This machine guarantees a regular production quality and yield improvements.
It also eliminates all risk of cross contamination.
• Capacity:
The maximum production capacity for 1 machine is 450 carcasses/hour. To increase the capacity, it is possible to install several units in series on the same line : up to 1200 carcasses/hour by synchronising 3 units.
• Construction:
The structure and the housing of the machine are stainless steel.
Frequency variator or servomotor controls all mechanised movements. The construction is simple and sturdy to make cleaning and maintenance easier.
• Fitting conditions and application type:
This machine does not depend on the carcass-conveying system, allowing it to be installed with any kind of conveyor whoever the manufacturer is.
