Besides, the room necessary for splitting on a slaughtering line is reduced from between 30 to 50%.

This machine is equipped with a circular sawing head specially designed for this application. In particular, the thin blade allows it to reduce the quantity of dust bone compared with a manual circular saw.

It is fully automatic and does not require any operator. It cuts down significantly on manpower.
This machine guarantees a regular production quality and a carcass presentation similar to the hand split with cleaver.
It also eliminates all risk of cross-contamination.

• Capacity:

The maximum production capacity for 1 machine is 650 carcasses / hour.
To increase the capacity, it is possible to install several units in series on the same line : up to 1300 carcasses / hour by synchronising 2 units.

• Construction:

The MSP 6062 is the suspended model of DURAND INTERNATIONAL high capacity range of splitting saw and knife machines. The structure and the covering of the machine are stainless steel.
All mechanised movements are controlled by frequency variator or servo-motor.
The construction is simple and sturdy to make cleaning and maintenance easier.



• Fitting conditions and application type:

This machine does not depend on the carcass-conveying system allowing it to be installed with any kind of conveyor whoever the manufacturer is.

It is an adaptable machine that can perform every possible kind of carcass splitting.
