Possible applications

• The MSP 6059 is the suspended model of the DURAND INTERNATIONAL splitting saw machines. It saws down the middle of the hog carcass guaranteeing the medullary duct opening from the fillet down to the head.

This machine is equipped with a circular sawing head specially designed for this application.

It is fully automatic and does not require any operator. It cuts down significantly in manpower.
This machine guarantees a regular production quality and a real yields improvement.
It also eliminates all risk of cross-contamination.

• Capacity:.

The maximum production capacity for 1 machine is 450 carcasses / hour.
To increase the capacity, it is possible to install several units in series on a same line: up to 1300 carcasses / hour by synchronising 3 units.

• Construction:

Designed to make maintenance et cleaning easier, the MSP 6059 is equipped with pulley/belt transmission, separate guiding profile and AS-i network (Actuator Sensor Interface).

All mechanised movements are controlled by frequency servodrive and the use of a network between PLC and servodrive allows updating of the parameters as a whole, including those of the frequency variator.

It is an adaptable machine that can perform every possible kind of carcass splitting.
