• The MSC 6063 has been specially designed to split sows and boars up to 280 Kg carcasses. It guarantees the splitting of the medullary duct from the fillet down to the head.

This machine is equipped with a circular sawing head specially designed for this application.
A static model for lower capacities can also be proposed.

It is fully automatic and does not require any operator.
This machine guarantees a regular production quality and a real yields improvement.
It also eliminates all risk of cross-contamination.

• Capacity:

The maximum production capacity for 1 machine is 400 carcasses / hour.
To increase the capacity, it is possible to install several units in series on the same line : up to 800 carcasses / hour by synchronising 2 units.

• Construction:

Designed to make maintenance et cleaning easier, the MSC 6063 is equipped with pulley/belt transmission, separate guiding profile and AS-i network (Actuator Sensor Interface).

All mechanised movements are controlled by frequency servodrive. Besides, the use of a network between PLC and servodrive allows updating of the parameters as a whole, including those of the frequency variator.

The open design construction makes maintenance and cleaning at the end of production easier.



• Fitting conditions and application type:

This machine does not depend on the carcass-conveying system allowing it to be installed with any kind of conveyor whoever the manufacturer is.

It is an adaptable machine that can perform every possible kind of carcass splitting.
