• This machine removes leaf lard on the whole or half carcasses (after splitting). Two applications are possible: complete or partial removal of leaf lard for presentation to the veterinary control. This machine abolishes the arduous work of leaf lard removal.
It is fully automatic and does not require any operator. It cuts down significantly on manpower.
It also eliminates all risk of cross-contamination.

• Capacity :

The production capacity is 450 carcasses/hour maximum.
To increase the capacity, it is possible to install several units in series on the same line: up to 1200 carcasses/hour by synchronising 3 units.

• Construction :

The MLP 6064 is the suspended model of the DURAND INTERNATIONAL leaf lard puller range of machines. The structure and the covering of the machine are stainless steel.
All mechanised movements are controlled by a frequency variator or servo-motor.
The open design construction makes maintenance and cleaning, at the end of production, easier.




• Fitting conditions and application type:

This machine does not depend on the carcass-conveying system allowing it to be installed with any kind of conveyor whoever the manufacturer is.
