This machine is fully automatic and does not require any operator. It cuts down significantly on manpower.
It also eliminates all risk of cross-contamination.
• Capacity:
The maximum production capacity for 1 machine is of 300 carcasses per hour.
• Construction:
The structure and the covering of the machine are stainless steel. All mechanised movements are controlled by a frequency variator or servo-motor. The construction is simple and sturdy to make cleaning and maintenance easier.
• Fitting conditions and application type:
This machine does not depend on the carcass-conveying system, allowing it to be installed with any kind of conveyor whoever the manufacturer is.
The machine must be installed on a step-by-step conveyor.
