Possible applications
It is fully automatic and does not require any operator. It cuts down significantly on manpower. This machine guarantees a regular production quality and a carcass presentation similar to the hand split with the cleaver.
It also eliminates all risk of cross-contamination.
• Capacity:
The maximum production capacity for 1 machine is 450 carcasses/hour. To increase the capacity, it is possible to install several units in series on the same line : up to 1200 carcasses/hour by synchronising 3 units.
• Construction:
The structure and the covering of the machine are stainless steel.
All mechanised movements are controlled by frequency variator or servo-motor. The construction is simple and sturdy to make cleaning and maintenance easier.
• Fitting conditions and application type:
This machine does not depend on the carcass-conveying system, allowing it to be installed with any kind of conveyor whoever the manufacturer is.
This is an adaptable machine that can perform every possible kind of carcass splitting.
