Possible applications
It is fully automatic and does not require any operator. It cuts down significantly on manpower. This machine guarantees a regular production and a carcass presentation similar to the hand split with the cleaver.
It also eliminates all risk of cross contamination.
• Capacity:
The maximum production capacity for 1 machine is 200 carcasses/hour. To increase the capacity and up to 400 carcasses/hour, it is possible to install 2 units in series on the same line.
• Construction:
The structure of the machine is galvanised steel.
The outer covering panels are polyethylene.
• Fitting conditions and application type:
This machine does not depend on the carcass-conveying system, allowing it to be installed with any kind of conveyor whoever the manufacturer is.
The machine must be installed on a step-by-step conveyor.
This is an adaptable machine that can perform every possible kind of carcass splitting.
