Possible applications

It is fully automatic and does not require any operator. It cuts down significantly in manpower.
This machine guarantees a regular production quality and a carcass presentation similar to the hand split with the cleaver.
It also eliminates all risk of cross contamination.

• Capacity:

The maximum production capacity for 1 machine is 450 carcasses / hour.
To increase the capacity, it is possible to install several units in series on a same line : up to 1300 carcasses / hour by synchronising 3 units.

• Construction:

Designed to make maintenance et cleaning easier, the MFP 6059 is equipped with pulley/belt transmission, separate guiding profile and AS-i network (Actuator Sensor Interface).

All mechanised movements are controlled by frequency servodrive and the use of a network between PLC and servodrive allows updating of the parameters as a whole, including those of the frequency variator.

It is an adaptable machine that can perform every possible kind of carcass splitting.
