• This machine separates the head from the hog carcass guaranteeing an optimum position of the shears just below the atlas bone.
It is fully automatic and does not require any operator. It cuts down significantly on manpower. This machine guarantees a regular production quality and yield improvements.
It also eliminates all risk of cross-contamination.
• Capacity:
The production capacity for 1 machine is 300 carcasses/hour maximum.
• Construction:
The structure and the covering of the machine are stainless steel.
All mechanised movements are controlled by a frequency variator or servo-motor.
The construction is simple and sturdy to make cleaning and maintenance easier.
• Fitting conditions and application type:
This machine does not depend on the carcass-conveying system, allowing it to be installed with any kind of conveyor whoever the manufacturer is.
The machine must be installed on a step-by-step conveyor.
