This machine marks the hog carcass with the health stamp according to the European Regulations 91/497/CEE. .
The hot stamping process allows marking without ink.
There are 5 marks on each half carcass at the following points : ham,
saddle, loin, breast and shoulder.
It is fully automatic and does not require any operator. It cuts down significantly on manpower.
Capacity:
The production capacity for 1 machine is 600 carcasses/hour maximum.
To increase the capacity, it is possible to install 2 units on the same
line : up to 1200 carcasses/hour by synchronising 2 units.
Construction:
The structure and the covering of the machine are stainless steel. All mechanised movements are controlled by a frequency variator or servo-motor.
The construction is simple and sturdy to to make cleaning and maintenance easier.

Fitting conditions and application type:
This machine does not depend on the carcass-conveying system, allowing it to be installed with any kind of conveyor whoever the manufacturer is.
